WPF Weekly News January 13

Here is what is happening this week at your gym:

  • Nutrition Kickoff is one week in! The majority of participants have become familiar with MyFitnessPal and journaling. This week we start focusing on making the best nutritious decisions based on our circumstances – eating out with friends, or traveling, etc. Look for more information from Josh during the week. And remember that you can set up a time meet with Josh and specifically discuss your goals. The entire staff is here to help so don’t hesitate to contact any of us!
    • NUTRITION CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK:
      Best use of vegetables in a nutritious recipe. Please make up your item and bring to the gym on Friday for Friday Night at the Bar for a taste testing. If you can’t make the event, your dish can be dropped off earlier in the day! Another great prize to be won this week so get baking!
  • Starting tomorrow, Bootcamp is added every Monday through Thursday at 6:15 pm.  This eliminates Butt and Gut except for on Sundays at 3.
  • This Friday is Friday Night at the Bar – Stronger Things!  It is going to be a great workout.  Friday, January 18th at 6:30.  Friends are welcome!
  • The Open is around the corner.  We will be programming a previous Open WOD each week.  Look at your goals on the window in the gym and mark off what you have mastered!  Keep working on your goals over the next few weeks.
  • Saturday, January 19th is Bring a Friend!
