Get out your sweat bucket for this class.  CrossFit Cardio is high intensity interval cardio designed to burn a ton of calories and quickly build up your cardiovascular system.  We use the rowers and assault bikes, we run, and do body weight movements, etc.  We want to get that heart rate up and keep it up!  If increased cardio is your goal this class is a must!
