Congratulations to our newest Client(s) of the Month and family members, Wendy Poteat and Sarah Minick! Sarah has lost almost 40 pounds and has dropped 4 dress sizes! Wendy lost 16 lbs and 9.5% body fat, and 12′ all over! And the best part is that she’s rocking a size 6 jean!

“It’s difficult to use the phrase “life changing” without it sounding cheesy. However, that is what WPF has been for me and my wife. What we have found at WPF is some really great staff who are concerned with your well being, they are encouraging in your skill development, will push you to become better at the moves and become stronger than you think you are. Another great benefit has been the people we exercise with and the camaraderie that exists. We workout as individuals but as cross fit participants, we are a group that encourages each other with the workout. Those who are strong with particular moves readily share tips and techniques with anyone who wants to improve. No isolated, earbud workouts in this group.
During the 5 months I have been going to WPF, I’ve lost 21 lbs, got rid of 2 inches on my waist, have gained strength and feel better than I have in a long time. Additionally I’ve met and gotten to know a bunch of great people during our workouts. I’m not quite at my weight goal and hopefully the paleo challenge will get me over the top. As I said, life changing may sound dramatic, but I feel that is what I’ve gained from WPF.”
