Fight Gone Bad (3 Rounds for reps)
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20" (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
Metcon
Squat Therapy
3 sets 15 reps each
Banded Hip Raises (band placed above knee)
Banded Air Squats (band under knee)
Banded side step (band under knee) 15 steps to the right
Banded side step (band under knee) 15 steps to the left

Always keep pressure against the band. Do not let knees come in
