50 Wall balls, 20/14
40 Situps
30 Box jumps, 24/20
40 KBS, 53/35
30 Cal AD
50 HR Pushups
*once 1st person completes wall balls the 2nd begins. The 3rd begins once the 2nd has completed wall balls. WOD is over when 3rd person completes HR pushups
