15 Box Step overs 20″

10 Thrusters 95/65 (from rack)

RxW – 115/75

*if work is finished within 3 minutes, rest until next 3 minute mark, 6 total rounds of work

15 Pullups

15 Box Jump overs 24/20

10 Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65

RxW – 115/75 + C2B

RxM – 75/45
