400m run together

10 front squats 135/95

100′ farmers carry 70/53

RxW – 155/105 + 88/70

RxM – 115/75

*runs are done together, then each person does 1 round of of front squats and FC.

** farmers carries are done with one KB

*** run counts for 4 reps and FC counts for 2
