With a Partner complete the following:

2000m Row – switching every 20 pulls while the other person holds a plate OH

200 Wall Balls – switching every 10 while the other holds a wall sit

200 lunges – switching every 20 while the other holds a plank

2000m Ski – switching each time your partner completes 10 burpees
