Thank you to everyone who came out to Friday Night at the Bar Stronger Things. We had a great turnout, some delicious nutritious food dishes and and all around good time! Congrats to Rick Ream for his dish! Hope you enjoy your Instant Pot.
Here is what is happening this week at the gym:
- Nutrition Kickoff enters its 3rd week. By now you should be used to journaling and be getting more comfortable meal prepping and making sure you have the right portions for each meal. This week the staff will be busy going through journals and really starting to look at opportunities for improvements with each athlete’s’ food choices. What we have been noticing more than anything is that people are not getting the protein they need. Please watch Josh’s video on Facebook as a reminder. Coaches will be reaching out to individuals but remember that if you have any questions or concerns, you can email Josh at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Open is fast approaching. It will begin February 21 so get registered by going to http://open.crossfit.com/english
- This Saturday will be another Bring a Friend WOD so encourage your friends to join you!
