It’s HERE! We are only 3 days away from the CrossFit OPEN and I wanted to let people know the THREE ways you can complete your workouts! Keep in mind that the WOD’s will be released on THURSDAY nights this year instead of Wednesday like years past and you will have until 8:00PM Monday night to submit your score online for us to verify. We didn’t quite hit 50 participants last year and we are not far away this year but I think we can do it! You will not regret it!
OPEN WOD Fridays!
You won’t have quite as much time to prepare, but the OPEN WOD will be our daily workout on Friday’s for the next month. I know we have had several people say they would not be able to participate on most of the Saturday’s, but you will have every class on Friday available to complete your workout. If you are planning to complete the workout on a Friday, you do not need to let us know what time slot you are coming to, because you will be partnered up and have someone to count reps for you. If the only thing holding you back from signing up was the fact that you wouldn’t make it on Saturday’s, don’t let that stop you!
OPEN Saturday’s in March!
We would love to have anyone that is available to complete the WOD on Saturday morning to join us! We will be blocking off time from 10:00-12:00 and will be running heats during that entire time. We are really going to be ramping up the excitement too so music will be pumping, adrenaline will be flowing, and we will have a Coaches Heat as well so if you just want to come watch and cheer them on we would love to have you! If you are planning to come on a Saturday, please let us know and we will assign you to a heat and make sure you have a judge to count for you.
We will be having regular classes at 8 and 9 on those days so people that are not registered can still get their weekend WOD in, but you may want to stick around and watch because there is no telling what will happen!
We want you to be able to complete the WOD and we know schedules can be crazy, so if you are not able to get here on a Friday or Saturday, please let us know and we will work with you to try and figure out another time to have a judge count for you.
