This Saturday we will be doing a CrossFit Football version of the CrossFit Total! The original CrossFit total(that we have done in here before) is the total of the your one rep maxes in the three major lifts: Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift. This Saturday we will be finding the “Football Total” which tests your Power Clean, Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
These are always really fun and exciting days because it is a really encouraging atmosphere that always leads to some big numbers and great PR’s! However, we will be changing the schedule Saturday slightly because to do the testing correctly it will take longer than a typical 1 hour class.
We will be testing for the total from 8:00-10:00. We will still have WIT at 8:00 as normal, as well as the competition team WOD at 10:00. If you have no other choice but to come at 9:00 and have no desire to do the total, we will have an alternate WOD at 9. If you do want to do the total, you MUST come at 8:00 and be prepared to stay until 10:00.
The class schedule is also below, but please ask if you have any questions at all. For anyone who has never done a Total it is a great workout and a lot of fun too so we will see you Saturday!
