20 minute AMRAP
Each Team member performs:
5 Back Squats 135/95
5 Plyo pushups 35/25
200m sled pull
200m FC 53/35 (2 KB)
200m SB Carry
*Must remove plates from bar and use pushups plates for the sled. Upon completion of 200m, take weights back inside and start with back squats.
**Each 200m is worth 4 total reps
