Savannah is originally from Minnesota, but has been in GA since 2000.  In high school, she played volleyball, softball, basketball, and track and field.  Every summer, she joined the football teams weight training and conditioning practices to help her get ahead for the next season.

Her hard work and dedication helped her earn a scholarship from Kennesaw State University as a thrower on the Track & Field team. She competed in the discus, shotput, weight, hammer, and javelin events.  Her college career is also where she first learned the Olympic lifts.

Savannah continued to be active after she graduated KSU with her Biochemistry degree.  Prior to CrossFit, she was weightlifting at the local YMCA, but was really missing the competition.  She joined WPF in February of 2020, and was instantly hooked!

Savannah earned her CF-L1 in June ’20 and is very excited to begin her coaching journey at WPF.

“I love to see others grow in their own personal fitness and health.  It’s an honor to be a part of my communities’ journey.  Not only do I get to help others be the best they can be, but I’m simultaneously growing as a coach and athlete.”
